I have awful feet and got some of these and a bigger name brand and these were better, they're sturdy material with a good solid arch, ok heel cup, and just enough squish to be comfortable. The only downside for me is the toe strap style. I hope I can find this sole in sandals that don't go between the toes for the forward drag, as that prevents me from wearing them as often as I would otherwise.
